I mean, the name of this band says all that you need to know– well, kind of. Trash Fiasco is a trio from Chicago and I feel like their new single “Bastard From A Basket” is a perfect showcase of their power and energy. With almost Danzig sylted vocals had Danzig gone a bit more punk than rock and had grown up in SoCal, and a cacophony of instrumentation, this song hits hard and in the perfect way.
Although a bit chaotic and super loud (I should mention that this song is best experienced when played as loud as possible), this song is organized and there was never a point where I felt like it got out of control. This can be a super hard line for some bands to balance but Trash Fiasco seems to do it effortlessly. The repetitive nature of this song makes sure that it gets stuck in your head and the energy throughout the two-and-a-half-minute song makes sure to have you moving along to the beat. Long story short, this song will get your blood pumping!
